Our martial arts program follows the lessons of Kajukenbo Karate – the original, Hawaiian based Mixed Martial Arts – that blends:
- Karate
- Kickboxing
- Judo
- Jiu-Jitsu
- Kenpo
- Chinese Boxing
As well as that, we also teach Filipino Martial Arts and Kickboxing. We use these lessons in all our classes, from kids martial arts – split between ages 4-6 and 7-12 – and our Teens and Adult Kickboxing classes (13+), which incorporates more martial arts as you go if you want. Programs
Little Ninjas (ages 4-6)
Our Little Ninjas course is the introduction to Kajukenbo and kids martial arts. With no background experience necessary, your children can begin self-defense training and learn the basic jabs and punches. It’s a great opportunity to build their motor skills and social experiences.
Junior Beginners (ages 7-12)
Our Junior Beginners martial arts classes build off many of the skills from Little Ninjas. We teach the same basics alongside additional self-defense training and techniques as students progress.
Teens and Adult Martial Arts (13+)
Our teens and adult martial arts classes start off as a Kickboxing class for all newcomers. As students progress, they have the option to branch out to other martial arts and to advance in the martial arts belt system.
